Seiko SPC143 wrist watches news:
Ben will like this one! In a drawer dump box at the local auction last Sat-A first generation Illinois Springfield Watch Co. 18s single sunk with the key set hands and attached to the dial plate with one pin-I was there for something else when I spied this so I made a late day of it!
I have a watch on consignment from a gentlemen who's looking to downsize his collections of stuff! This is the first, but we might be getting more watches in the near future. This watch is quiet a gem! I believe it's from the 1960's and it's in wonderful shape. The watch probably hasn't seen much water, or use for that matter. The crystal is a bit scratched but other then that, it's quiet clean! No gunk in the band, no crud on the dial and the back hasn't been molested. It looks all original to me, even the band! The watch works beautifully, the chronograph function is spot-on and it keeps time wonderfully. If anyone has some info on it, it would be appreciated! As said before, he's looking to sell this one soon.
Finally have this beauty on my wrist. Perfect company for my 116520.uploadfromtaptalk1438290952598.jpg

Ignoring the obvious price difference, which is a more versatile watch for a first time Rolex owner?
