- Got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. It's a beautiful watch, looks much more expensive then it was.The face does have a bit of a royal purple hue when in the light but he liked that too.

Seiko SUJD28 wrist watches news:
Earlier this month, Swiss manufacturer Roger Dubuis introduced their entirely new La Mon¨¦gasque line of watches within the historic Monte Carlo district of Monaco. The venue served as the inspiration for the young brand, who refers to their newest creations as "an ode to gaming, glamour and the Riviera." In their attempt to capture this spirit, they've built no less than eight models to comprise the La Mon¨¦gasque collection. We were there, and we've got the skinny on the best of the new releases.?Roger Dubuis (first seen here) has managed to scale their manufacturing capabilities to near 100% since their inception in 1995. Production is handled entirely within the walls of their Geneva facilities, where every watch that comes out the door carries the coveted Geneva Seal. For the La Mon¨¦gasque collection, new calibers were designed and built, meant to embody the next generation of manufacturing abilities for the marque. One in particular caught my eye during the release event, the RD540
from the omega website:OMEGA was the first company to be entrusted with the official timekeeping of all disciplines at the Los Angeles Olympic Games in 1932 using chronographs and stop-watches developed by its subsidiary L¨¦mania. OMEGA's association with the Olympic Games led to well over half a century of pioneering developments in the field of sports timekeeping.
This is my first post here on Watch Talk, I haven't been collecting too long but have about 15 watches or so in the collection. I just picked up a Longines Master Collection GMT, and it'a a BEAUTIFUL watch. I own a couple of other Longines but with this one I'm stumped. The crown has two positions, the second position obviously changes the time and rotates the GMT wheel. However I haven't figured out how to change only the date yet. The second crown position actually moves the hour hand, but not the calendar wheel.I keep thinking I'm missing something, does anybody have this watch (included a few pics). Is the watch I received broken?Totally appreciate any help from somebody familiar with this watch. Thanks alot!
they say that adverts never lie..reliability,versatilityqualityas true today as it was all those years ago..
Has anyone had any dealings with City Watch Company based in Hertfordshire? They seem to have an endless suplly of hard to get models and just want to know if anyone has used them in the pastPD
