Swatch SUOJ103 The Related Reviews:
- This is a very nice watch - the gold and silver band allows it to go with anything. The only thing I might change would be that all the numbers were on the face instead of just the 12 and 6. You just can't beat the price, though.

Swatch SUOJ103 wrist watches news:
Few watch brands would do something wild like this, but Artya would! Strange and poetic, you have to appreciate the political message and sentiment behind the brand's new one-of-a-kind "Bye Bye Euro" timepiece. It combines humor and art to comment on the fact that the Euro as a currency might have not been the best idea. While not an economic or European politics expert, I have spent a fair amount of time listening to people (in Europe) lament the Euro and what it has done to both well-established and developing economies. The failings of countries such as Greece and Italy help reenforce some of the problems that the adoption of the European Union currency caused to many places. It now makes sense why countries such as England and Switzerland did not sign on as full European Union members and retained their own domestic currency.Artya's Yvan Arpa decided to play on the concept of the low confidence for the Euro by many people by making this watch. The dial of the watch is made with shre
Some of you may recall that I installed a Thomas Preik display back on my Explorer II. There was no problem with it other than it changed the way the watch sat on my wrist. It was not as comfortable as the original. And as the Rolex movements are not as nicely finished as most other watches, I sold the back and restored the original steel back. With the money from the sale, I ordered another display back from Thomas for my 2254.50 SMP. In error, he sent a back for a mid-size SMP. I notified him of the mistake and he immediately sent me the correct back. I returned the mid-size back to him.I installed the correct back myself and later took it to my watchmaker for pressure testing. It failed miserably. The Preik back was a half mm larger in diameter which prevented the back from sealing properly. My watchmaker offered to reduce the diameter with his lathe for a proper fit but I wanted to consult with Thomas before letting him do the work.I have now emailed Thomas four times (begi

So the white gold BLRO has in fact not been discontinued but instead ha been ¡°morphed¡± if you will. My first reaction was that the blue dial version of the Pepsi was simply a gimmick which breaks with historical DNA just to keep the high margins on this piece flowing. This may very well be the case but I see more now. While breaking with the Pepsi black dial history, the new blue dial is in line with the Rolex and other manufacturer history of offering certain blue dials exclusively on PM pieces. I am looking forward to seeing this dial live because I think it may be chameleon like, especially with the matte shading and could look almost black in certain low light conditions and very blue in bright sunlight playing nicely off the hues of the bezel. Rolex and others have also historically offered more ¡°interesting¡± or chameleon like dials on PM pieces and the blue Smurf dial is an example. For clarity, I am not saying that Rolex does not offer ¡°interesting¡± dials on SS models, jus
