TAG Heuer CAR2111.BA0720 wrist watches news:
While you probably expected the first Basel World Harry Winston post to be about Opus 12, the follow-up to this bad boy, it's not.? You see, that one is going to take some time think about before we share our thoughts on it.? And, there was actually is another piece from Harry Winston that really caught our eye when we visited their booth just a few hours ago.?The Midnight collection from HW is the most classical and refined of all HW men's watches, and today we say what will be the most "technical" and "watchy" model of the line, and a piece that serious watch guys are going to love.? It is a fully skeletonized time-only watch, and it is really beautiful.? The open-work on this guy is really lovely, and shows off what we can expect from the budding Winston line in years to come - they are going to be a very serious player down the road.?For the skeletonized Midnight, Winston chose to use a micro-rotor so allow for more open viewing of the movement, and the watch looks really great fro
O.K. not sure if this makes sense. I've got a Citizen Eco Drive tank watch, 3 dial chronograph. The hand that looks like the sweep hand, is actually the stop watch hand, and is at rest when the stop watch function isn't being used. When I bought the watch, it lined up perfectly at 12 when at rest. I didn't use the watch for a while, and I actually left it in a window to charge for days at a time. One time when I picked it up, I noticed the stop watch hand had shifted, and now rested at about 2 minutes past 12. Not a big deal, but just not esthetically pleasing as when it was in perfect alignment. Interestingly enough, the watch will not let me just let the hand run, using as if it was the sweep hand. The stop watch function stops on it's own after an hour. So, here's my question(s):1) What could cause the hand to shift its resting position?2) What could be done to put it back? Thanks!
Hi, Wondering how you guys think about this watch? Thinking about it for few years, but always end up getting either Rolex or Panerai. But today, Finally got one. Quick iPhone pic.
I like my 112 (and my sub), but ever since I saw someone make a comment on here about them being a bit stockbroker 2006 I've kinda been thinking the same thing, especially as its not wondeful with a suit n double cuffs. Ideally I'd like to keep the 112, but financially it's an either or situation.I've statrted to think about the Moonwatch as being a bit more suitable for a 40 something officedweller. It has the dispaly case back and handwound movement appeal of the 112.Thoughts???
to the Baselworld so I post a teaser from the last year. This year we have some exciting meetings at look forward to.Click here for a teaser
