Anyone know where to get a SS band that will fit a 6309-729A case?
I'm looking for a particular steel band that will fit one of my new incoming Seiko's. I'm excited to get my first Seiko diver and wanted to get another band other than the rubber one that it's coming with. I picked up a 6309-729A the other day and can't wait till it gets here from it's trip across the long pond I think the watch was made in '77 from the serial numbers that I could get from the pics. I see a bunch of super oysters out there but I was browsing another forum and saw an 'anvil'? bracelet that I really liked. I already have a diver with an oyster band on it and don't want a jubillee on it. Any info on this would be great! I'm stoked to get my first Seiko! Here's the sellers pic, I'll get more of course when I get it.

I need help identifing 1940s(?) Breitling
So, around a year ago I found my great grandfathers old Breitling. My aunt told me it was from around the 1940s, but she wasn't certain. Can someone point me in the right directions where to search/find more information?Ps. Hey guys,Just found this vintage Breitling Premier for sale from my watch maker. Hes asking 2k for it..solid 18k rose gold. Dials have been refinished and crystal looks like a replacement. is $2,000 a fair price? Any help would be appreciated. I have been looking far and wide to purchase the new brietling superocean watch. After looking every where I finally found the watch I wanted. Or at least I thought. I found the 2010 Breilting Superocean Abyss black on black 42mm. Great piece.After countless emails (from me lol) I purchased the watch on Tuesday (14th) I got the watch today and it was amazing..but after wearing my Rolex Deepsea 44mm it looked small. So I emailed back the owner Geoff Frear with Provident Jewlery in Florida.I wanted the big dog 44mm Superocean. Within 10 minutes of me changing my mind he was on the phone with me discussing my options. Ten minutes later the awesome superocean abyss was back in the box on its way back to Florida... This is a watch that will be my fathers day gift.. I will have the new watch by this Friday17TH!!. Thats 9000 miles of total travel back and forth for me to have the ONE Im an attorney in California...This is truly service that is above and beyond. I highly reccomend this AD. The
