- I absolutely love this watch. It's stunning. The watch technician that sized it for me was drooling over it. I would recommend this to a friend but I like the fact that I am the only one I know to own something so beautiful.

TAG Heuer CAC111B.BA0850 wrist watches news:
San Francisco¡ªSeptember 16, 2015. Renowned watch brand, Breguet and its President & CEO, Mr. Marc A. Hayek, honor its 240th anniversary this year with a milestone¡ªthe largest exhibition of Breguet timepieces ever to be shown in the American continent. "Breguet: Art and Innovation in Watchmaking" will open at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco on Saturday, September 19, 2015 and run through January 10, 2016. Part of the museum's regular 2015-2016 programming, it is arguably the most expansive collection of timepieces by a single brand ever to be curated by a major art museum. On the evening of Wednesday, September 16th, an estimated 300 guests of Breguet ¨C members of the press as well as friends of the brand from across the U.S., Asia and Europe ¨C were invited to the Legion of Honor to preview the exhibition "Breguet: Art and Innovation in Watchmaking" at an exclusive evening gala. The evening began with guided tours of the exhibition by curator Martin Chapman, curator at the Fine
Hello guys,Well finally after winning this grail over a month ago, she's on her way from the Seiko Service center in Tokyo Japan to me here in New York. She's an all original Seiko automatic 6309-7290 150m Diver from eons ago, but having been hardly worn at all by the Original owner & still showing some of the caseback decal remnants intact, it sure looks like a beauty. He sent the watch in for a service as described in his sales post and now she's on her way to my collection. If you know these watches, then you know that this is the slim tapered case model which comes in at a width of about 42.5mm without the crown & about 45mm including the crown. The height of the case is about 13mm, and the lug width is 22mm, with the lug to lug case length at about 45mm, with a weight of about 3 oz. (FYI, these are considered rarer than the larger cushion cased 6309-704X divers)They truely are a perfect size watch that have a great power reserve and the best crown action I've ever handled whi
Have recently aquired this watch made by the Metro Watch Company Switserland, can any one tell me any thing about the watch or the company.P1010672.jpg
"Give me the perfect oil...and I'll give you the perfect watch." -A.L. BreguetIf the quote is correct then obviously the greatest problem in watch making is friction.I've often read that 'thickened' oil can stop or impair a watch's accuracy...but what makes it thicker?Does oil collect fine dust, or is it a chemical change taking place over time?
Considering this watch in white gold. Any thoughts/opinions on reliability or re-sale of these? I currently have a millenary which despite being beautiful and impeccably crafted, has never been the best in the time keeping department. I wonder if I might find that with this model as well. Any info about this model greatly appreciated!
