Alpha Radiomir, short review with pics
First impressions are of quite a big watch, it measures 45mm w/out crown, but the dial looks enormous. No date or second hand to spoil it's simplicity, and I doubt if you will find an easier to read watch. The watch has a screw-down crown with hand-winding and hacking feature. Obviously hacking is a bit irrelevant without a second hand. Crown screws down OK but does feel a little on the "gritty" side. See-through back doesn't display anything but the unadorned 21 jewel movement. The leather strap is of high quality (probably worth over $20 for that alone)and the huge buckle is etched with the Alpha logo, as is the crown. The lugs have a two piece screwed springbar, the screws are pretty small, so care would need to be taken for strap changes. After a week, the watch is within a minute, can't give seconds obviously.Overall, a nice-looking, good quality timepiece for US$58 delivered.

Hey guys !As you know I am a HUGE fan of the Shrapnel Guards from the Great War era and this one is VERY special.I don't believe that one of these has been on this forum..........................that is until now.This is one of the VERY FIRST "Wrist Watch Protectors" (aka Shrapnel Guards).It was designed by Charles Adolf Schierwater of Liverpool, England in late 1914. I need some help, I will offer an Omega watch sports as part payment of a Panerai I'm selling as although I like all sports Omega I'm not very knowledgeable in this brand. All models are reliable? They keep all the same value or there is one that is devalued more? My PAM is 2012 almost new it's almost new I'm lowering the price by 37% of the new. I have to do more or less the same with the Omega offered to me?Thanks in advance for the advice.Regards

Today it arrived and what can I say.... the books came in their own branded box, inside are three beautiful books with full HD images with a serious quality feel.
