TAG Heuer CAL5112.FC6298 wrist watches news:
Just got my Seamaster Professional chronograph back from Omega Service department. Had routine maintenance service done after over 3 years. Two question:1. Certified to +6.9 seconds daily, is that typiccal or a little high?2. Under normal daily wear, how long should I go between servicing? Thanks
Made a nice move today to upgrade the caliber 351 watch in my Ω bumper collection:Just have to wait for it to arrive now - which is the hard part.
So I¡¯ve seen this watch a few times over the last 2 years and each time thought I MUST HAVE ONE. When Todd at Bradystraps.com listed on his website in early January that they were doing another run that would be available in February I immediately put myself on the list. Due to problems getting the Miyota movements and then the tritium tubes things got delayed a bit but I am SO glad I waited because it was TOTALLY worth it. I give you the Bombfrog BT25 Tactical divers watch¡here are the specs:?Case - 316L stainless steel (Black IP coating), 44mm X 51mm, drilled lug holes?Movement - Miyota 8215?Crystal - Sapphire?Lume - Swiss made Tritium tubes (Blue and Orange)?Crown - Screw-down with textured finish?Water resistance - 300 meters(984 feet!)?Lug size - 24mm, removable screw-in bars?Strap - NATO style with black IP coated buckle Warranty - 2 Years manufacturerWhat I like about it:-All black IP coating makes for a sharp looking watch with a very easy to read face because of the c
Just picked up the 5980-1r but already thinking of other moves...(still need to move the skyD as part of the 5980-1r transaction as promised to the wife). Now thinking whether to swap the 44mm RG ROO and jumbo for a 5990-1a or 5960-1a. The only concern is 5990-1a may be too similar to 5980-1r but 5990-1a would allow me to wear to work as I usually do not wear gold to work. Seeking expert advice from all the great members of TRF.
Hi guys,I am looking to buy a pair of Omega's in London (the AT 8500 & a constellation). Have tried several stores and they seem reluctant to discount. Most I am getting offered is 10%. Can anyone suggest stores I should look at who will offer more? Or is 10% the best I will get in London? Thanks!
