Cartier WB520018 wrist watches news:
Buongiorno everyone. My namer is Andrew and I'm from Italy.Just joined this very interesting community of yours and want to say hi as I did on another board.I'm the proud owner of a SD 16600 since two weeks and I've currently developed these two serious deseases.1) Too much pampering it and little wearing it.....that make no good.2) Fear that this will not be my last Rolex. It is actually my second after a 16220 DJ sold few years ago that did not catch on my heart. Now I'm already considering an LV for september....Tell me doctor....how bad is this ????
Anyone have any experience with this travel winder? Thanks in advance.-RossPS...a Saturday wrist shot....
I would like to reintroduce myself. I was briefly a member at the old forum. I'm glad that I could post again. I was very busy the last few months. This forum was a great help to me when I was in the process of making my first Rolex purchase. I also know that someone from here (sorry I don't remember who) helped me on my Grovana purchase. Here are some pics. I'm sorry for the poor pics. I am really a bad photographer. No talent with cameras whatsoever.
Happy Birthday Andrew *QT*!I wish you many many more happy birthdays to come, along with health, happiness, success and everything you desire. *i guess we can include more watches and loan refusals* We want pictures of everything you got! You cutting the cake, you with that bday boy hatWe want it all! LOLHave a great day my friend! Happy bday again!

Got some nice watches that will be posted in other topics. As a crown of my collection last week came PP 2569/1 in red gold. It was a rare opportunity to get it, mint case, clear movement and dial that made me thinking about it. Then I found many watches with similar dial, one on this forum, and started my research. Many claim it's redial, most without any knowledge about vintage Patek and dial production in 50's. What I found; those dials are made by enamel, so it quite a complicated work with baked dust. One jeweler told me that the only way to make those minute markers was drilling holes in finished dial, by hand explaining the inperfection, and filling them later. His opinion is that corrosion through 60 years made those turquoise color and black rings around. All dials I found look too similar, have too perfect fonts, and are on other parts of the
