TAG Heuer WM1112 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone. Sorry to be the hundredth guy to come over from the other forum and put up and introduction, but I've been late to this whole conflagration. I always liked the casual and convivial tone of the other place, and I was pretty shocked to see such great posters get banned. So I'm coming over here and hoping it will be like the good old days.Anyway, I'm David. I'm from New York and now going to school down in North Carolina. I was always into watches, and more or less have been "collecting" for years, starting out of course with a Mikey Mouse watch, then Timex, and then a whole bunch of swatches. Then the bug went out of control and I went through an ESQ, Swiss Army, and Tag F1 before getting my beloved Speedmaster this past summer. Here's my baby on a new strap:I only have a few hundred posts on WUS, so if you don't remember my user name, maybe you'll remember me as the crazy guys who hung a bunch of watches on fishing line in his garage. I know QT really got a laugh o
Are all Nato and Zulu watch straps made in China, even the Maratac?

(It's on the plane!)Straight out of the box:As you can see, it needs a little polish but nothing too bad. As long as there are no gouges and dings it's not a hard job at all. The backround behind the logo is a little more worn than I thought too. The dial & hands appear to be excellent beneath the scuffs & scratches of the crystal (which will get buffed out). The tone of the gold is much redder than the camera can capture....but coming from the land of Dracula what did you expect? :DLuckily I had a bit of time at work. A bit of elbow grease and voila! There's a very happy WIS in NJ today!
Hi,I've been exploring Pateks lately and have come across the 5905P. For those who don't know it; it's an annual calendar and a 60 minutes chronograph in platinum:I think it's a beauty but then to acquire it I need to flip the 15407ST and the panda ROO as I've decided not to spend any cash on watches in 2017. Not sure what to do but Patek bug has bitten me. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that I'll regret the trade down the road. The 15407 is a beauty. Thoughts?
