TAG Heuer Silverstone Chronograph Limited Edition

SoI own a GMT IIc and I have to be one of the first to say that its not keeping the greatest time in the world. I am losing over 4-seconds a day, usually in the 5-7 seconds a day.I wear it all the time, barely ever taking it off. I was wondering if anyone might have any tips for me. I'm keeping a spreadsheet with my daily count and reset. But I was hoping someone might know how I can keep my time piece from losing this much time.

I had previously owned a Tag Heuer Link Quartz Chronograph (too many Bourne movies), an Oris TT1, my father's Omega Deville, my grandfather's Elgin, my mother's refinished Hamilton Electric, some Seiko Divers, a Movado Museum Automatic, and a few Victorinox watches. I bought the Longines because I read that Swatch would stop selling blanks to third parties, I had been told that Longines used top grade ETA movements, and I like its history.In the past three years, I have acquired the following pre loved watches: An EBEL Brasilia Automatic (which I still have), a Baume et Mercier Capeland S Automatic Chronograph (which I still have), a Raymond Weil Parsifal Automatic (which I quickly sold), and a Breitling Colt Automatic (which I also dumped). Although I am holding on to the EBEL and Baume et Mercier, my favorite watch is still the Longines.Given that I have owned the above

Yesterday I walked around Ala Moana shopping center and noticed that Ben Bridge and other high end Watch stores display Mechanical Watches of beauty in their display windows But none were functioning.I say although a hassle to tend to the winding every few days, it's also part of the sales and show.
