TW Steel TW Steel 36001 wrist watches news:
As part of IWC¡¯s ongoing collaboration with the heirs of Antoine de Saint-Exup¨¦ry, IWC has just released a new watch: the IWC Pilot¡¯s Watch Double Chronograph Edition ¡°Le Petit Prince.¡± This limited edition watch of just 1000 pieces is based on IWC¡¯s regular Pilot¡¯s Watch Double Chronograph, of course, but apart from the obvious visual changes, it has a mechanical twist up its sleeve.IWC¡¯s relationship with Antoine de Saint-Exup¨¦ry stretches back to the 2006 with the launch of the IWC Pilot¡¯s Watch Chronograph ¡°Night Flight,¡± which was a tribute to Saint-Exup¨¦ry¡¯s novel of the same name. Saint-Exup¨¦ry, if you are unaware, was a famous aviator and novelist, and is responsible for works like the aforementioned ¡°Night Flight,¡± as well as ¡°Southern Mail¡± and ¡°Wind, Sand and Stars¡±. However, he is probably best known for ¡°The Little Prince,¡± or, in Saint-Exup¨¦ry¡¯s native tongue, ¡°Le Petit Prince.¡±Before getting to the mechanical twist, let's see the visual changes: as one can clearly see fr
The evolution of Roger Dubuis continues. Last year's Monegasque collection provided a more elegant alternative to the oversized bling of their Excalibur lineup and this year the brand introduces the Pulsion collection of high end sports watches. A flying tourbillon and chronograph both in-house with Geneva Seal) are available in titanium or gold cases with rotating bezel and spectacular decorated skeletonized dials. All versions come on integrated rubber straps. The Pulsion collection replaces the Easy Diver, which is being phased out, a welcome change in our opinion.
Have you seen the 260721833092 cushion? He occasionally sells black dialed ones which weren't black in original but this one really cries out "cant't be" or did they really do something like that in the 20s?
Feel free to comment on where you are on this scale. STAGE 1: You're walking by the window of a store you never noticed before and you are frozen in your tracks. Lo & behold, there's a watch calling you that you MUST have. Whether you buy it or not right then is irrelevant. Whether you even can afford it is of no consequence. You just got infected. Resistance is futile.STAGE 2: You start researching your new obsession. You realize there is MUCH more to this than you expected, and several brands are striking your fancy and deserve a look at the local AD. You justify multiple watches by saying it's perfectly acceptable to own a separate watch for certain occasions. As a matter of fact, you NEED a different watch for dress, casual outings, and puttering around the garden/basement/garage/marina. STAGE 3: As your collection grows you find accessories become necessities. You are no longer content to put your babies in the sock drawer so a case and/or winder (or combination) is
Hello again, I am still in search for my next watch. I had been looking at the Ladies Speedmaster, because of its small size, I have a very small wrist. But another watch was recommended the Omega Moonwatch 39.7mm. Can anyone who has one give me their opinion of the watch. Also what are the advantages and disadvantages of a manual wind watch compared to an automatic? Will this watch require more frequent servicing? Will this watch need to be wound daily? I generally prefer bracelets, is a replacement bracelet for this watch expensive. Thank you for your assistance.Hoops10
