This is a wonderful question, that deserves a careful response.Before we can talk about the natural escapement, let's get on the same page about what an escapement does. In a mechanical wristwatch, an escapement translates rotational energy into lateral impulses that is, it turns the rotating of gears into the back-and-forth movement of the balance wheel.  There are lots of different types of escapements, but the most popular (by far) is the lever escapement. need help with watch I.D.
Ok so not too long ago, I had seen a brand "signature" watch, I do not recall the maker, or the name of the "signature" watch. All I can tell you from what I recall is that the watch has a white frosted crystal, like a steamed up shower door. There is a sticky note style date window, and the 12 o clock is clear, the hands are blue, and the case is white as well, or so I think. I swear I saw it on a ad here, but I can't figure it out for the life of me. There was some red writing/circles on the face, like scribble note pad style, it's a fashion watch, but is from a legit maker. I hope you guys can help me out, I hate turning to you guys for watch IDing, as I seldom or never do it, but this one is really stumping me.

rubber strap
Thinking of picking up a blue rubber strap for my seamaster, thought it might be a nice change of pace, a little more sporty, etc...Does anyone have a recommendation on where to pick one up? Thanks guys!
