Had these two out of their cases and side by side so a few Q & D's were in order.Arguably the two finest ultra-thin manual wind 9 ligne movements ever.Piaget's 9PIntroduced in 1957 - created in-house by Piaget18 jewels; 19,800 bph; 36 hour reserve2.00 mm thickAudemars Piguet 2003Introduced in 1953 - created by JLC in 1944 (caliber 803)18 jewels; 18,000 bph; 36 hour reserve1.64 mm thickThere's one notable difference besides the shape of the bridges - the AP doesn't have a roller table. The impulse jewel is attached to the bottom of the balance wheel. That's what makes up the difference in height of .36 mm.
