How is this legal?
I was reading in a few of the posts that if someone places aftermarket parts on their Rolex (Diamonds on the dial, diamonds on the bezel, etc.) that if the person sends it in to Rolex, that they will remove the aftermarket part and replace it with a Rolex one, and charge the consumer. A few questions:1: Is this true?2: If so, do you get the aftermarket parts back?3: How is this legal? It is your watch, you can do whatever you like to it. Service means service the watch, not redesign it and charge the consumer.

Yacht Master problem
Hi everybody...This is the storyback in February 2012, I bought a Brand new Yacht Master 16622, from the Rolex dealer here in BoliviaI don't use the watch very often and it usually is stored in a dry and safe placeBut today I almost got an stroke, when I picked it up to wear it and I saw a very big stain in the face, like it had an oil leak (I don't know if this can happen but it looks like an oil stain) and it covers from 1 to 5, and is almost until the center of the faceUnfortunately, the watch is more tan two years old, so the warranty is no longer valid, so I guess I will have to send the watch for a deep cleaning or in the worst case a face changeThe service here is the worst in the world, so I think is better to send the watch to the U.S. or maybe Switzerland...The questions:1. Is my new Longines Master Collection a fake?
I just purchased my first Lognines watch off Ebay two days ago. I am a little concerned that the watch may be a fake do to the Longines logo on the back of the watch is in black, not the color gold. I contacted the Longines website and they states that this is because it is a international watch, a watch not sold in the United States. I alsoprovided them pictures as well. I spent near $1000.00 on the watch and the seller stated he would be more than happy to pay for return shipping and refund me the full amountif the watch is to be a fake onces I get it checked out at a dealer here. He also provided the receipt where he purchased the watch at a Longines watch dealer in Singapore, duty free.
