Technomarine 115146 wrist watches news:
The “hydromechanical horologists” of indie watch brand HYT were among the first-time exhibitors at this year’s SIHH in Geneva. After making a splash at recent Baselworlds with pioneering timepieces like the H1, H2, and H3, the brand headed by watch-industry veteran Vincent Perriard wowed the SIHH crowd with the new H2 Tradition ¡ª the first HYT to meld cutting-edge technology with horological classicism. The HYT H2 Tradition is the first HYT watch with such classical refinements as guilloch¨¦ finishes, delicately lacquered dials, black Roman numerals for the hours, and blued Breguet-style hands, but it retains the now-familiar HYT hydro-mechanical aesthetic thanks to the capillary around the dial’s periphery, filled with blue fluid that moves forward with the passing of the hours. The liquid is driven by two bellows positioned on either side of the 6 o’clock marker, a system developed for the original H2 watch in 2013. With the fluid in the capillary displayi
I bought a Ltd Ed co-axial deville new in 2000 and sold in after about 5 years. I have an Accutron from 2007 for my sports watch and want a dress atch. I like the looks of the older Seamasters. What models are ideal in terms of reliability? I want a perpetual calendar. gold and a leather strap. I am worried about some of the maintenance stories. Can I buy something good for under $1500 that will sustain its value and is not going to need maintenance?I was a Patek fan when I had money in the good old days. Now I need to be frugalAdvice appreciated

Question for the pro's:There is conflicting info on the size of the case, does anyone know for sure? I know that most pre 2013 cases are 42mm, but there are some exceptions (GP ofcourse, but also Alingni). Does anyone know if this one is 42 or 44? I have big wristst so need a 44.Thanks a lotChris
I was trolling around the Omega website today as I've been contemplating an addition and I really like to look of the new PO. I was looking at the 8900 with the black and orange bezel when I stumbled across the new GMT with the black and white bezel. I'm not sure if the size and the color scheme really agree with me - I've also been eyeing the BLNR.So, maybe someone can help me with this as I've never quite understood Rolex's reasoning here. With all these other great dive/GMT watches out there with ratings of 600m, why is the Rolex GMT line still at 100m? Granted, it really doesn't make a difference given my general daily activity, but more a curiosity.
