Hi,I recently bought this Longines Watch and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into what model it is, what year it was made and/or if it is authentic.The serial number is 25388120Any help would be greatly appreciated. it is a quartz watch so I am assuming it is a 1980's watch but would love some more help :)Thanks

I have been seeing ads for these watches in car magazines for months now. Every time I see these ads I think the watches look quite nice, nothing extreme or crazy looking, just different enough to be noticed. The problem is that I have never seen/held/touched any of them. I can only find one review online. Has anyone heard anything about these? Are they a pile of crap? Are they a great bang for the buck watch? Lots going on internally these days at Panerai and other brands making it an unpredictable time. What do you think we¡¯ll see at SIHH ¡®18? Whatever you¡¯re thinking, get it out. It could be a safe prediction or a seemingly outlandish one. That said, if you have nothing nice to say...you know the rest. I¡¯ll hold back for now. Last year I somehow managed two predictions that came true, though one is yet to be released.

I see more and more Pam's on several other sites being sold as is with no box and papers and buyer's still pick them up is this a good thing or not ?????
