Sometimes you just need to spruce up a classic, and you have a winner. A Citizen Promaster was actually my first analog watch. It was uniquely designed and out of all my watches, got me the highest number of compliments with its bright red dial colors. These new Sportissimo Promaster watches from Citizen remind me of the first Citizen Promaster that that I owned. Both were chronographs and features a really cool and appealing styling. This is perfect for someone wanting something different, or a young adult or college student. The idea is that not all of the styling is functional per se, but the avant garde looks don't inhibit the functionality at all.The cases of the Citizen Sportissimo watches are an amble 43mm wide. Been a long time
Having just got back from Thailand recently, and haven't posted in a while on the watch forums, I couldn't stay away for long. While in Thailand I almost pulled the trigger on a Seiko limited edition diver with compass function that was a tribute to the 60th bithday to the King of Thailand. I really liked the watch but the store would not negotiate the price to my liking, in Thailand they have prices set for Thais and for Farangs(foriegners), I should have let my wife who is Thai, negotiate for me while I waited outside the store but live and learn. While in Thailand I did check out tons of replicas, although I wouldn't buy a replica having bought a few in my lifetime and know that its a crap shoot, sometimes you get one that will last and other times they will breakdown within a couple months, but they are fun to look at, and you can tell from the replicas which brands are setting the current trends. As some of you guy probably know, tomorrow I and family will go to japan. I has been researching on Jackroad, Kamekichi, Housekihiroba web like once every 1 minute.I kinda come up with idea to flip my sub c ln to sub c lv. I probably need to add up some cash around usd3000.Please someone tell me whether Im crazy or not.Many points of my consideration:1. Black sub is like everywhere2. Hold value better???3.
