U-Boat U-Boat 15662 wrist watches news:
I admit to having a bit of a pen fetsh too. Here's a photo of my Sub with my M-B Meisterstuck ballpoint:True pen people only have fountain pens, but I really do write better with a ballpoint. I've tried rollerballs like this M-B Starwalker "Cool Blue" rollerball/fineliner I also own:I do like it, but I think my handwriting is more legible when I use a ballpoint (I have a dyslexic related impairment which makes my hand writing tough to read under the best of circumstances...). Maybe I just need more practice.Any other Montblanc pen fans?
Hey guys, I'm close to buying an Orange Monster, but as this will be my first "real" watch, I'm unsure if it would be an acceptable choice for everyday wear due to the unusual orange color. Have any of you had any issues with this?
Hi guys,Once again I a considering the 5146. This time I am trying to justify the 5146P instead of the 5146 G slate dial.I really love the look of the 5146P ebony dial however, I am not sure i like the price difference. I feel the G is very similar to the P version so why spend so much money. What are your thoughts? Would you get the P or the G and use the additional funds of another watch in the future? Please share your thoughts with me. Thank you.
I’ve just got off the phone from my insurance company and they have told me that they’ll give me a ?14000 voucher to spend in Golsmiths , Mappin and Webb or Watches of Switzerland .I was burgled a couple of months ago and had an old DateJust stolen and an Omega Speedmaster 57.I’m happy with the insurance companies replacement valuation and to be fair it’s not the end of the world having to use their preferred supplier .I just think that I have used my local AD for a few years now and I’m oretty sure he’d be able to get hold of a lot better selection then the stores I have vouchers for.I still have no idea what I should buy for ?14000 too , I already have the Hulk , Batman , Black GMTc , 2 DateJust 41s , the new steel Yachtmaster and a rose gold Daytona. So any suggestions what I should get for that price ?
Hello, I have searched the internet and this forum for the answer to my question, no concrete success as of yet.A couple of years ago I bought my wife a used Lady Datejust 6917. Using information found on this amazing site, I have made the following assumptions. The Bracelet has an F identification pointing in the direction of the watch being a 1981 vintage thus a 2035 movement.I recently bought her an Apple Watch for Christmas and she is now wearing it so I wound her Datejust up and put it on my watchwinder. When I was manually winding it, the crown seemed very tight as in hard to move relative to all my other watches and there was a vibration that felt like a mass moving inside the movement. My guess is the flywheel was spinning as I was winding the watch. My Rolex Explorer II does not have this type of motion when I wind it.This made me fear that I had bought a fake. Can anyone with knowledge of the 2035 movement confirm or deny that the flywheel or any other moderate mass inside t
