U-Boat 1965 wrist watches news:
I was yesterday at my local watchmaker to swap the bracelet for a Nato strap, because i got bored after a long time and wanted something new. So i bought 2 Nato straps, one in yellow and one in red. Still don't have the red strap yet, but it should be here until saturday. For now i can only provide pics with the yellow strap. Here they come:I'm pretty delighted with the new look. Thread will be updated if i get the red strap.
woke up so lazy this morning, ...borrow my son's seiko 5 sport watch ,,, can't believe it, as it does set up my mood today for exercise..45 minutes on treadmill and another 30 minutes swimming..! !.. now i believe that the watch we are wearing can set up our mood.. Anybody has this experience ? cheers
Hi I have been given a 815 from 1973 it is lovely I would really appreciate some advice what is she worth and sorry to be vulgar it isnt about the money ,I have been trusted to sell it and I dont have a clue what it is worth so I come before you Breitling enthusiasts for advice ,tbh she is a stunner and 39 yrs old im actually excited ok it isnt a Rolex Daytona but she is lovely .TIA
Today I serviced my own watch, which is 11 years old. It was way over due! It felt bittersweet though, since it was the last watch I have serviced. I'm leaving the watch world behind... It's been a great 16 years working on mainly Rolex movements. I'll miss is greatly. I appreciate all of you folks who've trusted me with your time pieces. Sent from my SM-G930T1 using Tapatalk
Hello TRF brethren!!! I¡¯ve made it to 3000 posts and still here completely saneI think ... These past 2.5 years have been a ride for sure ... Thank you for all the laughs , tears , joyous incomings shared by one another ... learning and yearning and most of all being a part of this online family forum that is made up of the best people from around the world!!!! With the shortage of all the sports Rolex in some parts of the world and now hitting home even here in the good ole USA; I thought I¡¯d post a few pics from my local AD here in Florida... Apparently They still have some stock... Pic is current as of this past weekend!!!! Crazy how the holiday season is upon us and we hear ofall the horror stories of low inventory or no stock at all !!! Just crazy... Cheers to all !!!
