- Very chic. Gets a lot of compliments. Watch dial is a little er than I thought. Petals curve up a little. Patent strap. Very nice.

Ulysse Nardin 246-10/30-05 wrist watches news:
I often talk about the Citizen Campanola line of watches; one of my favorite lines from the popular Japanese watch maker Citizen. As you know, Citizen Campanola watches represent the very finest in watch making that Citizen can achieve, and their efforts are worth noticing. The Citizen Campanola series serves a very important purpose for watch enthusiasts. It is one of the first line of watch models that is able to provide high quality cases with beautiful designs, and provide a high number of complications at very reasonable prices. The key to this is providing top of the line, hand assembled quartz movements, instead of their mechanical counter-parts. As you likely know, the watch world is sometimes split in to the quartz side and mechanical side. Purists will always stick with the charm of a mechanical watch. They enjoy the idea of wearing a machine on their wrist. However, the quartz movements used in the Citizen Campanola series are nothing to scoff at, and certainly not cheap. Th
Hi, I am in a right pickle over this decision I have a new (about 2 weeks old) SMP Ceramic in black.I have been offered a one year old, LNIB (still stickered up) Deville "Power Reserve" white dial on strap in trade for my SMP +?70 cash from me.I used to own a Deville PR and sold it, bought it back and then sold it again However I have always regretted it and thought I'd never get the opportunity to get another in new condition since they were discontinued last year at which point theyir RRP was around ?3,000+ gbp.The SMP Ceramic RRP is ?2,700 gbp.I do very much like my SMP Ceramic but am considering the trade for these reasons...1/ I love the Deville and think it a "Classic" piece that will never look tired or dated.2/ I regret selling it (twice!)3/ The Deville is hard to find, especially in this condition and so new.4/ The SMP Ceramic is a new model and could be sourced again for many years should I ever want one. However, despite all that my question/s to the forum is/are simple..."Am
Been looking at AP for years but could not grow that lust as much as I have for a PP. Only one I like is the RO chrono but that does not have their in house movement. Finally found a model I like, unfortunately it is not for guys. So when I have the option of buying my wife a new bag or a watch for her bday/wedding anniversary I quickly grasp the opportunity. Found a NOS model at a distance but worth the travel me thinks. Still not AP in house movement but beautiful regardless and thought I would share it with you guys.
Haven't had the time to post but picked this up as a new daily driver. Outstanding timepiece and I love it.
This is my first post, so please excuse the plethora of questions, and the basic nature of many of them !I am UK based but can travel easily, and for the right saving would be prepared to do so.I would like to buy a 5270 in white gold. Can anyone tell me the list price and availability of this item from an AD in Europe, the US or Asia ?Europe should, presumably, be the way to go if PP have not yet re-priced their watches in the aftermath of the slump in the value of the Euro ?Do I stand any chance of negotiating a discount on one of these from an AD in the UK or elsewhere ? Is this something which a smaller AD might have, or is it sufficiently scarce that only the PP boutiques and larger AD's would have one ? There is certainly a lovely 'pre chin' (excuse me if this is not the right terminology) model sitting in the London boutique just at the moment ....Thanks in advance for all your help !
