- My girlfriend loved this bracelet and watch. She was impressed with the look, and she did not want to take it off to get a few links removed. It was a great deal at the O's price.

- The watch is very nice looking and I think a great deal for the price. We had some blems with the first one that came but it was all resolved very quickly and the second one was in great shape and working just fine.

Ulysse Nardin 321-22-8/31 wrist watches news:
Welcome back to an original watches-dealer feature, "My First Grail Watch". In this series, we ask prominent people in the watch industry about the first timepiece that they lusted after.watches-dealer (ABTW): Who are you and what is your relationship to the watch industry?Steven Holtzman (SH): I am the founder of Ma?tres du Temps and a watch enthusiast from early childhood.ABTW: What was your first grail watch?SH: Actually, my grail watches have changed over the years based on my perception. As a child I had a great appreciation for old American timepieces. My first was the Gruen Curvex. The company dates back to 1894 and the current Rolex building you see from the train in the mountains of Bienne; was originally the Gruen factory.I was amazed by the curved mechanism and so enthralled by how someone could make a watch movement that was curved to fit the wrist. The word Curvex was a trademark that was owned by Gruen and I would say was one of the most interesting ideas of that era.As I
My Step Son whom I raised since he was young passed away from cancer on 1/31/14. Slowly my Kids and Wife are coming around. My way of dealing with it was to buy (affordable) Watches, 25 to be exact in the last year.In all I went from 14 to 39 in a matter of 9 months, good news is I only spent about $6K. I am receiving my last 2 this week. Tissot PRS516 was on sale on the Bay for $369. I also have a Numbers OCD, which is always end in Odd numbers( my SS is all odd numbers go figure). With that I bought a Gshock since I don't have one in the collection.Watches will never replace memories I know that but to each their own in dealing with a Tragedy of all kinds. I guess it's healthy compared to drinking in excess. Although I've become a daily drinker since(3/4 beers). To all of you who had a Loss I empathize. Hang in there.
...Kind of embarrassing question, but after looking at the results people on this forum get when re-doing their watches.....I realized that i definitly need a couple of pointers so that I can get the best possible shine and clean look to my watch cases.........Right now I use Simichrome and soft clothes, and keep them up with a treated poilishing cloth.....and I have to admit to using a VERY soft used toothbrush to get in crevases......I have 2 or 3 Dremels, but have never used them on any of my watches, too afraid of what I might do to a gold-filled case....but am I missing out on a good tool there?.......so how do I get that miraculous clean shine that I see here ????any special tool or cleaner I need ?oh and I can usually take a movement out easily enough, but having tried to glue crystals in, let us say that .....uhm not good at it at all....
