Ulysse Nardin 333 - 77 wrist watches news:
I was fascinated reading this thread on how IWC used a mathematical formula for their perpetual watch that aligned there moon phase over the next 500 years with no user intervention whatsoever. 74.50.21.220/~watch18/forums/...read.php?t=659So it go me thinking........How does Omega do it on their watches?
I assume lack of support killed the podcast? I was sure looking forward to the rest of T Walker Lloyd, but I know you guys have been busy doing other stuff on the Blog too. The Podcasts are just so fascinating...Hope to hear them again and wondering...Patrick
I have 3 watches. A 18K Breitling Wings Automatic with a black croc band, a Tissot Chrono I havent worn for 2 years Because it is really had to read, and a Breitling B-1 which is my day to day watch. The wings is hard to read but gets worn when I dress up. The B-1 is well worn. Well it is beat to crap. I would send it in but it has dents and scratches all over. It has endured quite a bit of abuse. I expect the battery to die in the next 6 months. Here is the delima, send it off the breitling and spent $500+ in refurbishment or move to a new watch.I recently saw a Ball watch in a magazine. I really like how easy it looks like the dial is to read. I travel and the GMT style watch is attractive. I am a big man, I need a big watch. I have also looked at the Rolex GMT (love the gold one) but this watch will get worked over and I am not ready to abuse a Rolex. Are there other watches I should be considering or should I spend the money and put the Breitling through refurbishment?THAN
Contemplating on pulling a trigger on one. Is it worth the price for a royal oak LE or is the Patek 5711 a better buy? Thanks guys
Whew that's a mouthful. Gorgeous though. Pre basel release looks great with the blue dial and nice looking MP aperture. What do you guys think? world-2016PS: sorry no embedded pics, this new iOS makes it a royal pain to copy photo links
