- By far this watch is the best watch I have ever owned. This watch is very fashionable and durable. It is very eye catching. Fashion watches are also rocking this watch. I would recommend this watch to anybody that wants a fashionable, durable cheap watch.

Here is the email my local rep sent me. I told him I was drilling for gold so I could pay for it!!I just got an email back from my Rolex rep saying that there has not been a price determined for the US yet and that I should not expect to get one until 2009. You are the first on the list. Are you drilling for oil at 12,000 feet down?Thank you!
Tom started a thread the other day on the Illinois Atlantic Enameled called "What's the skinny on this Illinois". With this in mind, here is another rather rare variation of the Atlantic. As discussed, the Atlantic was a case from the generic period, and as such it could just as easily contain a Elgin, Waltham or Illinois movement and dial. That said, I've seen I think 3 of this larger 2-tone Atlantic "Plus" (this is the term that Fred Friedberg has used to describe this variation), and all of them have contained Illinois movements and original dials, so I think it might have been an exclusive variation intended for (or perhaps even cased by) Illinois. The beveled bezel in combination with the beveled extended center piece looks great together. This variation is THE vintage watch for someone who prefers the size of a large modern watch, because it is HUGE! I have never seen a vintage watch that appears larger on the wrist. (Not even a 54mm Movado Polyplan or a 50mm Gruen Curvex, a
That should scare off most...Just received this in the mail today.Stainless steel case, signs of polishing, dial slightly less than perfect. Elegant and thin, completely opposite it's new owner...Must say I have a weakness for the cushion case, although this one doesn't have a round face. Also love high-end watches that are low in demand (and therefore low priced!)Kinda have to watch the second hand move to avoid confusing it with the minute hand. But I have a feeling I'll get used to it!
Would you consider or wear the SOH on mesh a dress watch?Would you wear it under a suit for a formal occasions, eg: weddings, social functions etc?
Hello everyone,I'm looking to purchase my first Patek. I'm leaning toward Platinum ones because I actually have other kinds of watches and want a change. I'm not too strict about it though. My budget is around $100k.I've tried 5496p sometime ago and liked it very much. I've seen 5550p which is a limited edition which makes it even more special, also seems nice.Any additions to these?Thank you!Salih
