Ulysse Nardin 8003-102-7/92 wrist watches news:
Hello everyone! I have lurked here for about six months and I am ready to make my first Roles purchase. After a lot of research, I decided that I want to buy a used 16610. I recently found a local AD who took a used 16610 in as a trade. The watch has the original box and papers and is a K serial selling for $4,400. I don't believe the watch has ever been serviced. The only flaw I can see is that the aluminum bezel insert is pretty scratched. Can somebody advise me if that price seems fair? The only mechanical I own is a seiko premier automatic with the 6r20 movement. When I unscrewed the crown on the sub and wound it, I found that the winding process had far less resistance than my seiko. Is that normal? I appreciate any input you can give and I look forward to enjoying this wonderful hobby with all of you!
Hi everyone,I hope I can beg Rusty's indulgence if my question crosses boundaries. I find myself needing to re-prioritize my collection (in other words, I need to sell stuff because I need money), and I am having a hard time figuring out if there is any interest for what I have and what people would consider fair pricing. It's in LNIB condition. 2) Hamilton Piping Rock, the first re-issue, with the words :"registered edition" and a number on the back. It's in gold plate, with Swiss Quarts, the watch has definitely been worn. The crystal has a tiny imperfection in it near where the small, second hand dial is located. There are myriad of tiny, tiny s
Do any of you check out some of the watch related videos on You Tube? If so is there anybody that seems to really know the subject well there? Well I guess I really mean are the some vids there worth checking out?Best Regards,Thomas Carey
