In what was, in general, a somewhat subdued Baselworld, and one in which we saw more incremental improvements than spectacular debuts, there were still a few new product introductions that really stood out. Omega Service Advice Please
Dear Forum Members;You know how you never hear from someone until they want something?I was a member years ago and after the computer of the time fried, just dropped out if you will. I spent a while searching for this site. I bought a Seamaster Aqua Terra 39 mm in February 2005. I bought it from Jim Gianforte as recommended by John Holbrook, the proprietor of this establishment. The watch has been a faithful companion that I cherish, and has lived a rough life. It's been stopping off and on for the past month and has finally decided to stop.I searched this forum using "Omega Service" as the search string and got eighteen pages. I went through seven pages which got me to 2010. Here's what I was able to devine;Don't use the NJ service center.The Miami service center had a good review.The NY service center had a good review.While not a service center, this guy got a good review, timecareinc/]Time Care Inc. - The Watch Repair Experts! I really don't want to send the watch to Switzer

....had a long day in the office today before I leave for a few days on a business trip, so after myiPhone 4 arrived mid-day, I did not even have time to walk outside and test the camera. Here is the wristshot I took as the sun was really going down fast.Darn, I LOVE this watch ! 2 years and 7 months later and the honeymoon is not over yet !!

Ladies oak problems
In looking to move up in the world from my rolex sea dweller and date just I took the plunge and bought myself a 41 ROC. I have to say it was my best ever purchase and I am loving the AP.With the above in mind I wanted to upgrade the wife's diamond set MOP with diamond bezel to a ladies oak - a big ask as she loves the latter...A nice surprise under the tree she got the new one on Xmas day, we both took bad with the fact the crown did not tighten (still seems strange) but she wore the watch and loved it.Over the last few days we have since noticed the watch keeps terrible time, adding 9 sec over 1 minute and she has reverted back to the Rolex. I need to go to the AD and get it checked out but AP don't have a service centre in KL and god knows how long it will take. A bad 1st experience for her, I hope it's the last.....
