- A very nice looking watch, but quite uncomfortable to wear. The band tightens on the wrist and becomes painful within a few hours.

Vacheron Constantin Vacheron Constantin 30712 wrist watches news:
Sorry no pictures. Just picked up a mid 70's to mid 80's Hamilton. The case is about 40 MM across and is shaped like the disco era watches. It's 14K gold electroplated. It also has a 14 k gold Kreisler stretchband. The model # is 832015-4 and stamped on the caseback. The watch is not running. When the crown is pushed in it turns freely. When shaken, it doesn't sound like an auto. It doesn't say anywhere either auto or quartz. I'm assuming it's a quartz. Any ideas on the movement!!!
I just got my Zenith C6 back from the Zenith Service Center. I can only pray the work they did on the inside was better than work they did on the outside. The watch case was pristine when I sent the watch to them. When the watch was returned to me, the case back was all scratched up, and I could also see a tool mark where they opened the case back on the side next to the crown. The case back is supposed to be removed at a location between the lugs. It looks like a complete amateur worked on the watch. They even nearly destroyed my warranty card. I'm going back to the AD and make a formal complaint about the service center's quality of work. I will NEVER send another watch to the New Jersey service center. I'm furious about the terrible quality of their work, and I'm going to post this on every watch forum I'm a member of. I doubt I will ever buy another Zenith watch again because of this. The gouge in the case next to the crown looks to be unrepairable without replacing the case. I'v
OK ive come across a AP ROO Volcano 2010....Now ive been on the look for a AP for a while and the volcano is def not my first choice i have found one for what i think to be a good price ($8500usd)Ive got 3 rolexs, omega and a panerai so i want to step it up... my concern is what is the resale on them if i choose that its not for me? and is there anything that i should look out for specifically?I can see what guys are asking for them on Chrono 24 but i take alot of that with a grain of salt, like anything what people ask and what they get are usually two different things and just because thats what they are asking doesnt mean they are worth it.I have bought watches previously and paid a premium and then decided that im over it and lost a bucket load of money because the market has fallen out on them(Breitling ,Uboat,Oris etc...)Opinions??pic for reference
Well not quite! Seen at Stockholm airport this week
