Sorry, it's not a watch but these cool Orbita Sparta Winders with guaranteed5 year lithium batteries. I already own 3 Orbita Spartas that are powered viaAC/DC adapter and I could not be happier. I love their patent that simulatesnatural wearing of the watch. As such these winders do not rotate, but swinggently - just like you would wear the watch. AND - they are virtually silent evenwhen one of them was sitting about just 1 foot from my head - on my night stand !This setup works great if you do not have enough space for some large4 or 6 piece winder box, or...as you can see, this is a perfect setup for my built in safe.I had a great experience with the 3 single Sparta winders that were poweredfrom an electric plug. I do not expect anything else from these three 'wireless' - 5 yr. lithiumbatteries powered pieces. Much have been discussed about since SIHH 2014, the good, the doubtful, the controversial¡­ and AP has been busy going around the world to officially launch these new timepieces in style. It's always a pleasure to attend one of these parties to witness and celebrate the happy occasion. This time, AP Singapore picked a tranquil location at the popular Dempsey Hill area for the event. 3570.50 or 35th Anniversary?
I've narrowed down my selection for a Speedmaster. The choice is now between the original or the 35th anniversary. At one point I had considered the Snoopy Dial especially after seeing Kringkily's ads but then realized I would probably keep it as a collector than actually wear it.The history behind the original model can't be beat but the white dial of the 35th is great to look at. It would be great to have both but I prefer only one version of each watch I purchase (sub, GMT, etc.). So which would you prefer?
