Tough as nails.When it gets dirty or sweaty, just wash it off with soap and water.Never needs a battery, never needs to have the time set.I had the older model before this one for close to 10 years before I finally broke it.I wear it every day.

I just popped into a pre-owned watch shop in Old Town Scottsdale and they have an unworn AP Carbon Diver. This may be the coolest watch I've ever seen. Does anyone know what the TPD & Direction setting would be for my new GMT 44? It has a Caliber 04 movement. I was told that it was Clockwise Only (CW) and around 1,300 TPD? That seems really high to me. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your help.

By the way, my very best wishes to all, and may 2018 be your best year ever.I just returned from a week fishing at Tropic Star Lodge, Panama. Throughout the trip I wore a Yachtmaster. I kept being told to be careful with the clasp of my watch getting caught with the reel when reeling in. I've been fishing all my life, most of that time wearing a Rolex watch and I must admit that I've never had the clasp of my watch hitting a reel. However, when looking at it, the protruding end of the clasp could very easily get caught with the reel. Moreover, I have always disliked the way the clasp fits high over the bracelet on the Oyster bracelet. Which is a reason I like very much the way the Jubilee clasp on the new 36mm Datejust fits flush with the bracelet; the same as on the President bracelet. It would be great if Rolex would take a further step in improving their bracelets by making the clasp fit more seamlessly with the links on the bracelet. As is the case with some IWC and Omega br
