Alain Silberstein MTSA1-002 wrist watches news:
Ok, so I don't have any official report. But, with Basel only a couple weeks away what are you expecting / hoping / thinking we'll see released? What's going to be the showstopper that steals the show?I think most of us expect to see a 116613 (I think that would be the #) for a new steel & gold Submariner with all the new upgrades the 18K got last year. But what else? The one model that seems to have been overlooked in this 'remapping' of the lines is the Yacht-Master. It still has hollow links on the 18k & TT model and the old clasp on all. Will Rolex upgrade, discontinue or keep the line as is? I'm hoping upgrade. I'm also hoping to see a rose gold & steel Daytona / Yacht-Master or Sub (if any I think the Daytona is the most likely suject to get it as they already have the 18k Everose Daytona but I'd love to see it on any of those models). I really like the rose gold / steel look, but can't wear a Datejust so it's not an option for me. Anything brand new you thin
"Frisson" [free-sohn] is French for a shiver or cold chill. That was the perfect term to describe this new Fortis limited edition by Rolf Sachs.FortisFriss-1 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrFortisFriss-2 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrFortisFriss-3 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrFortisFriss-4 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrFortisFriss-5 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrRolf Sachs is the German architect and industrialist who designed the 2008 limited edition "IQ" watch for Fortis. The piece was a tremendous success and was definitely a very unique concept. I am selling my Rolex 14060 Sub to acquire a Planet Ocean 2500 in orange. With the cash left over, which model should I go for: 2254.5 or the classic Bond in blue wave? I had the 2264.5 and sold it to acquire my Sub. I would have kept it if it was the auto model. I have always loved the blue but never been crazy about the font of the numbers on the bezel. That said, I like both watches but think that the bezel rings are pretty useless without some sort of a coin edge. I am going back to an all Omega watch collection and would appreciate any input you may have to offer. Thanks form looking.
Hi all, I stumbled upon this watch and know literally nothing about it except it is a vintage Omega 145.020 sometimes called the 'Soccer Timer'.I am hoping some will post a little bit of info on this watch and if it is worth purchasing. =) maverickSo sorry for the poor quality, it's a cell phone picI think this is the same watch
Not sure if this model is tough to find in the LA area, but found one in a case, been there for a week as of yesterday. PM me if interested. ChrisSent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
