The Watch That Won The War...
Well, not really. It's a Citizen WR100. But it is my "Combat Watch".I bought this watch back in, if I recall correctly, 1985, right before I transferred from San Diego to Charleston, SC:I was still wearing it when I transferred back to San Diego in 1990 and, in 1991, when I deployed to the Persian Gulf for Operation Desert Storm. I wore it the entire time I was deployed; right about 10 months. It walked the streets of Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra, and Jubail, and was in combat off of Bubiyan Island in the northern portion of the Persian Gulf.The watch was relegated to "drawer duty" years ago. This morning, I was looking for something else (I can't even remember what it was), and happened across it. I can't remember the last time I put a battery in this thing, so I took it to the office with me and, during lunch, drove over to my jeweler. She replaced the battery and inspected the watch. She said it was absolutely pristine inside and gave it a clean bill of health.I ordered a carbon fiber strap

Omega Boutique services?
So I started my Speedmaster journey a couple of months ago by looking at one at the Omega Boutique in my city. Ended up buying last week from a trusted seller (too good to pass up) and had a local jeweler size the bracelet for me. Like I¡¯ve seen others mention before, the bracelet doesn¡¯t fit me as well as I¡¯d like it too. I have one more thing to try before considering the adjustable clasp addition I¡¯ve seen here.My question is, will the Boutique greet me with open arms, fiddle with mt adjustments, and offer to order parts if needed? Or will I be given the cold shoulder since I bought it elsewhere. Thanks for any advice/experiences.
