Who knows where the price will end up with the new hands and bezel and no authentication of the movement...and a seller who says he stumbled upon it in rural Mexico, but I have noticed something of interest: His current high bidder has a FB rating of 5 with bids on 8 items in the last 30 days, and all of those items happen to belong to the very same seller. In my world, that smacks of shill bidding, but I'll leave the conclusions to each of you.

Just arrived my newest family member. I was against the grayish bezel but it has grown on me. The Planet Ocean has always been an awesome watch but with the upgrades they made to this one. It is a true stunner. Here's a quick iPhone pic.

First Boutique Visit...
Today, I had the pleasure of trying on the beautiful, gorgeous, stunning PAM 676. (Won't use any more adjectives) Today made a quick trip to NYC. Left 8:55 got there 10:10am First stop parking garage west 66th street. $25 bucks with coupon. Can't beat it! Then walked through lovely Central Park. By myself ofcoarse being the watch obsessed, investing wiz, warren buffet aspirant I am. Then the Panerai boutique! MY FIRST TIME! Then the very courteous associate allowed me to try on the new model PAM 676 and also the PAM 1312. Then they offered me the most amazing espresso and a bottled water to compliment the fine beverage. Although I didn't end up purchasing anything, which I did state as soon as I walked in the boutique as a courtesy to the associate. It was a fantastic day because my very good friend was selected by Patek Phillipe for an interview as a watchmaker. So now it's round 2 for him! At the end of the meet up, him and another business connection met up and we ate Chick-fil-a.
