What's a nice simple, classy watch?
I'm looking for an automatic watch that's not too dressy and not too sporty. I don't want a chronograph as I prefer the simple look of a clean face. I also don't want a huge bezel. The Seamaster is nice, but the bezel makes it look a little too sporty for me. I'd like to stay under $2k and want a new watch, not used. I'm not partial to any particular brand and am open to less popular manufacturers. Hello,I have become quite interested in purchasing a Seamaster 2251.50 however am having a hard time trying to source a store that actualy has any in stock. I have attached some photos of the watch as if your anything like me serial numbers are of no real help.It is such an understated watch but very beautiful in my eyes. A perfect watch. With the American excnahge rate so strong it seemed to be a logical time to pruse a purcahse.Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been researching my first Rolex purchase since October when I got the go ahead from my wife to purchase a Rolex to celebrate my 40th birthday a bit later this year. I tried some on in October and was still unsure which model I preferred. Having a 7.5 wrist, I was unsure if models like the Explorer I 39mm, 40mm Submariner and GMT II, or something larger like the Explorer II 42mm would fit best.
