Dumb question
I have just been on Omega's site and am a little confused. Could anyone please tell me the difference between the Speedmaster professional 311.30.42.30.13.001 and the 3570.50.00.I just don't seem to be able to see the difference apart from the 311 looks as though the chronograph dials are 'raised' - is this correct?Apologies if this is a dumb question.Many thanks

My first (not so) beginners watch
Well, I just received something I never thought I'd buy (based on cost) but I got it today and I can say it is amazing. I've never seen a diagonal bracelet which I suppose is one of a couple variances of their bracelets for the Colt GMT (which one is best;) this one is more comfortable than any bracelet I've worn. The finish on the watch is really nice and of a caliber I have not seen before. The person before me must have worked in a pillow factory because there isn't a scratch on the watch and it looks very well cared for. I uploaded some nice pictures for your viewing enjoyment. Hi AllI have just stumbled upon your site when searching for ladies watch movements and it's a really nice place.I have recently decided to start making jewellry from old broken watches (partly due to likely redundancy). I have tried looking for auctions or stockists who would have a large number of mechanical watches but so far have come up with nothing, I would be very grateful if anyone here could point me in the right direction.the types of watches I am interested in are mechanical movements with jewels in, preferably 15+ jewels. the size if the movements would be between 12 & 25mm and all shapes are welcome, ideally a job lot of old random watch movements would be great.if anyone is able to help then I thank you in advance.thanksPetel1983

Saw the Brietling for Bentley Tourbillon Friday at Goveberg in Philly. Beautiful watch. I guess in the tourbillon world at $85k it's on the cheaper end. I loved it. They had an amazing Brietling selection. I've always loved their models and think they are under rated as a quality watch.
