- Paris spared no expense on this watch or it's very nice packaging! I was pleasantly suprised! The watch is very high quality but a little ger than I expected. It's not dainty by any means. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase.

B.R.M V12-44-BN wrist watches news:
This is a Illinois Hawthorne. If one ever wondered what a TRUE tank watch is, then examine one of these up-close sometime. It actually resembles an Army Tank from the side. My Hawthorne has a original snowflake/sparkle dial and a 17 jewel movement. This case was originally advertised as a Arlington if it had a 15 jewel movement.
I am new to this forum. I hope it is OK to post a photo to see if any forum members can identify my watch. please see attachment. thank you.
Hello,Well, after a long flight home - really long flight home - I was presented with 2 notes from the post office. Dropped the kids off at school and retrieved my packages. One will be coming for Christmas, so I will have to wait to share that with you. But the other...My first vintage piece - A 1962 Hamilton A-200 automatic. I promise to take some better pictures later - but I thought I would share with the group. Very excited, this watch is in beautiful shape - all original. The Picts:Enjoy the holidays!B
it¡¯s a little too large and heavy. Purchased BNIB, I¡¯ve only worn it twice. Thought I¡¯d love the size and all, but it¡¯s larger than I thought it would be and the added weight is noticeable. Am I crazy or what? I really think a SubC date is the right one for me. I¡¯ve tried one on before and I really think that would be a better fit. What do you guys think?
With the (mostly unlamented) discontinuation of the WG BLRO, has anyone suggested the introduction of a SS Pepsi C, or does that contradict conventional wisdom?
