- This is a good sturdy watch built to stand up to a 20 year old who spends his days either in a commercial kitchen or the Blue Ridge mountains. It appealed to his outdoorsy casual style.

B.R.M V7-38-GTCR wrist watches news:
Furthermore, the stainless steel case has a diameter of 40mm which is perfect for most men (and women these days). Although we wouldn't have mind that Burberry added a plastic crystal on this watch, being all heritage and 1950s and all, there is a scratch resistant sapphire crystal on top of this Visodate. Perhaps even better, as a plastic crystal would scratch quite easily and that looks a bit silly on a dress watch.
Been enjoying this for the past week and a half. Runs at about +3 sec/day.The bracelet clasp is very short - no diver's extension, and only 3 microadjustment holes So thank God for ISOFranes!!!! Conclusion:1. Listed at 46mm, but wears smaller, hugs the wrist, and is very comfortable on the ISO. It is still a heavy watch, and needs a good supporting strap. The lack of half links and microadjustment holes on the clasp made it impossible for me to comfortably wear the bracelet. 2. 120 click bezel is nice and smooth. I like the unique 3-D design.3. Springbars are heavy duty like Seiko's.4. Hackable and windable movement is sweet. The power reserve meter climbs quickly during hand winding.5. Lume is somewhere between Seiko 007 and Monster level. Lasts all night.
DSCF9429.jpgDSCF9430.jpghi there everyone, i recently got given this (what i believe to be) old sporrong air force watch, and i was wondering if anybody could tell me a bit about it?ive been searching all over but havent been able to find any information at all...can anybody help me??
i'm currently have a AP GP and now dilemma to trade in to novelty rose gold ? Ti Michael Schumacher...or ....? The reason why I want to let this GP go is because i feel the red and yellow dial is too sporty look. It's difficult to wear it during my working time.I'm very appreciated you comment and hope you may help me....thanks
All, I have a ~20 watch balanced collection. Both the PP 5100J and the 3940J fill gaps in the collection, and I have an opportunity to buy one or the other. Since this will probably be my last Patek, if it were your choice, which would you go with and why?Rich
