Ball GM1032CL2CJSL1 wrist watches news:
I am trying to identify the year of this watch....It has no numbers on the face 3/4 of the face is gold with the other quarter being silver. It has no numbers on the face and only gold lines on half of the face.....the two at 6 and 12 are double. It is a gold watch. All it says is Hamilton on the face with no other writing front or back. It looks old.....anyone have any ideas?? Thank you for your help.
Hi folks. This is my first visit to the forums this year, although I have been a member since 2008, just after I bought a Hamilton Jazzmaster viewmatic. The watch is a beauty and still holds a special place as my first real watch. Then, in 2009, my dad bought a Tag Carrera chrono, which he didn't like much in terms of low light visibility and gave to me. In 2012 my collection grew to incorporate a Hamilton Khaki diver. Then post graduation, marriage, job and baby happened and a quartz watch gifted to me by my wife saw the maximum wrist time. Working conditions were not ideal for a dressy automatic (hospital wards, frequent handwashing, blood, hand sanitizer, etc) and I was thinking of getting an auto diver which would not be too expensive so that I could wear it without too much worry everyday and give a good rinse when needed. I was introduced to the OM on this forum and when I saw it during a casual visit to my local dealer, I just couldn't resist. The force was just too strong. As a
We had a thread about Movado a while ago , with most guys pulling between a luke warm appreciation and absolute hatered . This is an interesting one , and a really nice watch , a bumper automatic with really nice finishing ( sorry no movement shot ,I forgot to take one )
Hi all, I've just joined the forum, i love it :) I've been reading this forum for a while, and I was wondering if some members could help me out choosing a new watch to start my collection, since even though I've been reading quite a bit, i'm still quite new to all this. Not long ago I decided to get a new watch after seeing an Armani watch that I liked, and then I realized that I really like watches so maybe i should start collecting them. So here I start.I saw the Tissot Desire and i loved it, but i am looking for something with a metal bracelet among other things:I am looking for:-roman numbers-under 43mm-metal bracelet (stainless steel, gray and not glossy/shiny)-calendar only, no complications-if possible, dots instead of lines-round or rectangular (not square)-under $350-very simple hand style (I don't like the mercedes style)-if possible, hands that don't glow in the darkSo I found these two:#1 - Classic Dream (I LOVE the hand style)#2 - PR50 QuartzI like the Classic Dream a bi
