3510.50 Speedmaster, comments?
Given that I really want my first Omega to be an automatic, and that my opinions on the Speedmaster have changed from "Ho Hum", to "Hot", would the 3510.50 be a good model for me to check out. Several are currently listed on that internation internet auction site from a few reputable sellers in the $1000-$1200 range, in what appears to be very nice conditon.Is there any thing wrong with the cal. 3220 movement? What's up with the large "second" hand on the Speedy? Is it only in use during the stopwatch function?

Well, both the Hamiltons arrived on the same day ....and my what a difference.....Here's the Milton,and the dial, the back of the case looks good too, I don't really see any wear through .....and I think the band is really neat......also is gold filled.....the colo0r shows as uneven in the photo, but actually is awfully good in real life .....However it only runns a few seconds at a time ......Paid $35 for it ....then for $24, came the norden cldand at least the case is in pretty good shape, doesn't run at all ,....and the crsytal is shot ....but the dial under those scratches looks not too bad .......I am gonna be keeping Jerry out of trouble this winter .....

Howdy, y'all.As most here know, I kind of buy what grabs me. I have few pieces, but they are loved pieces.Well, I have a line on a DateJust that was bought in 1969 by a light Colonel at the PX in Vietnam. No details until it's final.My Dad's Accutron Deep Sea was bought by him in 1970 in a PX in Vietnam.Maybe I'll unload everything and start with mostly documented pieces bought in a theater of war?It couldn't hurt to concentrate...Thoughts?

Breitling Navitimer Top Gun
Hi Everyone - have a question about the chronograph hand on a Navitimer Top Gun that I just purchased. The watch received a full service from Breitling in September 2012. the chronograph hand does not directly line up at 12, instead it sits between the first and second tick. so i guess between the first 1/20 and second 1/20 marker. just ever so slightly off center. is there a way to correct this? is this common on these older chronos?

Buying pre-own Rolexes
Hi guysWhen buying pre-own Roles as, does it matter as a lot the year in which the watch was made. Example on sports Rolexes pre-own prices gets cheaper from 2017 to 2016 to 2015, etc. Of course there's the question of warranty and length of use prior. But my opinion is these watches are built like a tank and meant to be worn for 10 years without service. Is there any real concern buying a 2014/2015 watch today as am example? Prices are quite much cheaper and different from a 2017 pre-owned GMTII BLNR to a 2014 pre-owned piece for example. I reckon if you could find a fine and perfect condition piece of 2014, it should be a no brainer than getting a 2017 piece?Sent from my LG-H930 using Tapatalk
