Need help identifying old Longines watch.
I've searched everywhere and can't get any information on this watch. The Numbers are all in the pictures. On the movement itself it is 4835448 and on the back of the inside case it is 7349954 and underneath that it says 11 88. If anyone could tell me more about this watch I would greatly appreciate it. Dial replacement
OK, I am new to the forum just trying to understand the Rolex terms. When asking about replacing an existing dial on a Daytona with another color Rolex dial, the AD I spoke to says that Rolex would then consider that a counterfeit item and would not service it. What is the reasoning for this from Rolex if the watch is genuine? I am not wanting this done, only trying to understand the issues.
