- I own this Invicta watch set and it's a must have for all of those ladies who are avid watch collectors. I'm glad I made this purchase as my favorite band is the purple metallic-like color.

Baume & Mercier MOA8807 wrist watches news:
hi there. I've done a bit of searching about my latest acquisition and haven't found a lot to work with to date. The watch has a 'linen' finish dial and is stamped "Benrus Watch Co. Germany" inside the case back. I 'think' that the movement is an FE-140 as i did note '140' stamped just below the balance. Can someone please help identify the likely age (i'm guessing early to mid 60's), model and movement in my Benrus for me? Thanks!
I took this screenshot from eBay. The seller mistakenly thought he had a 761 Elgin with box.Anyway, it does confirm that Elgin named the 760/761 movement series watches Thin Thin and they were delineated by jewel count and A (at least that is what I've seen so far in the ads).
Today, I was setting the date on my Old Navi II and noticed the date changed at 3am not at midnight. I'm always asleep at 3am but the thought of it bugs me. Has anyone had this issue. Everything else works great on the watch.
Just got the call from my AD that my time on the waitlist is over! I've wanted the BLNR for a while (read 2 years) but never really could decide if it would get the wrist time it deserved. I usually wear AP's, or a YG DD40, but I feel like the BLNR will be an awesome everyday watch that will still feel like I'm wearing a special piece but may be a bit more under the radar then the aforementioned watches. Anyway, just wanted to share my enthusiasm with you guys and get an idea if anybody else chooses to wear a SS sports watch over a precious metal Rolex or other higher priced watch...I am hoping it doesn't disappoint!!
Which country or member is likely to be, or is usually, the first on here with a new, (purchased) Basel debutant?
