Zenith Zenith 34424 wrist watches news:
Rolex Oyster Perpetual from 1953What exactly is a "Rolex Oyster Professional" watch? Most Rolex watches produced today use the brand's Oyster case which embodies years of development that started with the original Rolex Oyster watch from 1926. At the time Rolex pioneered the first ever watch case with screw down crown, bezel, and caseback that offered water resistance and dust protection, though it was not until 1953 that the Professional Collection was born. The idea of the Rolex Oyster Professional today is the perpetuation of timepiece models that were originally intended for professional use. That included watches for people engaged in diving, flying, automotive and sport racing, science and industrial work, as well as general planetary exploration. Rolex Oyster Professional watches by nature are more durable and utilitarian in design, and they also have in many instances additional production or testing steps added to their manufacture before they leave Rolex and go out to the cons
I tried posting this in the Omega forum, but no answer yet:My wife's 4 month old Speedmaster Olympic Edition sub dials are slightly off. The 30 minute dial is slightly off center to the right when you reset the chrono. I took it into my watch store and they fixed it in 30 minutes. My question is:1. How or why does this happen? It wasn't like that when we first got it 4 months ago. All the sub dials were perfectly centered.Has this happen to anyone else? Should i worry that this watch is some how damaged now? Thanks for any feedback...
Happy President's Day for all those enjoying the national holiday.
Hello AP lovers here. Please help me pick my very first AP. I have narrowed it down into the two as below.- black dial: ROO Chronograph Themes H series.- White dial: ROO Navy Themes I series.I have Daytona white in steel, Two tone DJ, and Omega Planet ocean Ceramic 42 (black bezel with orange letter). I'm usually in casual and rarely dress up. I'm torn dead half and half- I like classic sports look of the black dial whereas I don't mind having little flashiness of the Navy(to me)I understand I is newer than H series. My research has founded that ROO Navy is arguably the least popular ROO series which is hard to believe. Any advise/tip would be appreciated. Thanks and looking forward to your input.
Greetings guys hope everyone is well..I thought I would share some snaps of my new double sealed incoming today, my 1st step into the Patek World after many many months of searching and flying to various countries in the World visiting Patek ADs and never actually seeing this amazing 5980R in person I decided to pull the trigger on one..A special mention to my friend Ken(thehighlander65) for all his help and patience in answering my questions on this amazing brand and also for pushing me in the nice direction of my other friend Khalid (Patekcollector on IG) who got hold of this amazing piece for me. Both are absolute gentleman with a capital G, thank you both once again..Hope you enjoy my pics...Andy ( Jetkopite on Istagram)
