Very solid helium valve of SMP!
Hello people,Nice club here..First, sorry for my english use (it isn't perfect unfortunately)I am from the Netherlands (name is Ali) and have a SMP since 2008, which I really love! Plus a beautiful Zenith (pocket from my grandfather) made in 1900.Now I am a member, I would like to ask about my SMP node of helium. I wanted to test him and turned it once independently. But it's very solid and I can not move him! I have no tools used for turning him down (only with my fingers).Is this normal (that valve is very solid) or am I doing some thing wrong? Ordered the Quartz Version...
With budget and the wife's scowl I ordered the Navy Sub quartz today (from one of the ADs sent to me)...I sincerely HOPE it was a good choice, I love its looks, 200m, and saphire crystal, so in order to save about 120.00 I went with quartz. BTW what is the quartz movement in this watch?I have had GREAT luck with Seiko quartz, but don't know how comparable this is.
