You guys are scarce on Saturdays!...Working all day doing brake work 2000 Nissan
Had to R & R, remove and replace the total rear disk brake system on my Dads 2000 Nissan Altima SE today from this morning to late afternoon.What a job, I'm beat to the bone and tired out with a few problems with frozen bolts that wouldn't budge, I finally got the job done to my high expectation & satisfaction being as good as OEM now, so I'm happy about that! So I was wearing my Seiko H558-5009 Arnie sport diver this morning till I started the job and removed it to prevent absolute havok happening to the watch, then took a hot shower and strapped her back on. Is this 15400 too big for me?
I'm a huge fan of the 15202 but unfortunately I suffer from 6.3 wrists (16cm) :( however I wasn't going to let that stop me from trying it on at least. So off I went to the AD but was disappointed to hear that they didn't carry the jumbo. They did have a 15400 and I thought I'd just humour myself and I tried it on. Much to my surprise, the lugs and extended/integrated links did not hang over at all and it fit snugly around my wrist. The bracelet was too long but that was completely expected; I just pinched it back with my other hand.Anyway here are the pics. I was looking for your opinions on whether it looks too big for me overall. I'd appreciate any input and especially your candour. AMAZING place. Derek helped me for 45 minutes as I was drooling over everything. Got to try on everything I planned to. The bumble bee I ended up trying on at Wempe because the boutique didn't have one in. They did have a gorgeous 57th lmt Ed. Watch. I have been fully sold on the 44mm ROOC CF. Wow. Wow. Wow. Never seen or held anything like it. Next each to get!!!
