- A very nice and classy timepiece. Only complaint is that the band and winding functions aren't overly intuitive. Instructions are on website, but should be included in the packaging

Bedat & Co 828.011.600 wrist watches news:
Richard Mille’s first foray into the dive watch genre was the $495,000, RM025 tourbillon chronograph measuring 50.7mm in diameter and 19.1mm thick. His new RM028 diver is more in tune with the times – a bit smaller and a bit simpler. The RM028 measures 47mm x 14.6mm and it offers hours, minutes, central seconds and date. But like all Richard Mille creations, it contains its fair share of interesting technical features and exotic materials. The chief weapon in the 028’s technical arsenal is Mille’s exclusive variable rotor geometry that allows the owner to adjust the watch to wind faster or slower, to account for the owner’s activity level. The curved, three-piece case is titanium, as are the movement’s bottom plate, bridges and balance cock. The case is water resistant to 300 meters. The skeletonized movement is powered by twin barrels to improve the stability of torque over a longer period. The power reserve is 55 hours. The rotor uses an arm and fla
Racing fans have a cool new watch to win from Tissot. A long time sponsor of motor sports, this T-Race timepiece is one of many racing inspired watches from the famous Swiss brand. This version of the T-Race is the reference T0484172705706 and have a cool rose gold and black theme. The case is 45.3mm wide in PVD coated steel. You'll notice the race inspiration in the brake disc style bezel. The watch has a sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 100 meters. Inside the watch is a Swiss ETA G10.211 quartz chronograph movement. I recall going to a MOTO GP race and seeing a lot of fans wearing these. They are sporty and fun, and this gold and black version looks particularly cool in my opinion. Price is $750, and you can enter for a chance to win one below. In Urwerk's never-ending mission to produce some of the most interesting and genre-bending mechanical watches on the planet, we now present you with the EMC, or Electro Mechanical Control.? We showed you the movement to the EMC here back at Basel, but now the watch has been unveiled, and it's a doozy.? The EMC is "the world's first precision mechanical watch in which the timing can be monitored and adjusted by the user, on the fly - essentially? It's interactive. 2 OF 6 So what does this mean specifically? Well the watchmaker's best friend is a device called a Witschi, which listens to the rhythm of the balance and displays the performance of the movement, how much a movement gains or loses in 24 hours.? The EMC essentially has a Witschi built into it (electronic, though manually wound!) so that the wearer sees how his was his running.? And, the EMC offers the wearer to adjust the watch on the fly to keep chronometric performance at its peak. 3 OF 6 EMC feat
My latest effort with the Nikon 990. I used software only to add just a tiny bit of unsharp mask and remove dust specs. Everything else was the camera settings, distance from the camera to the watches, and distance of the lighting to the light tent.
I'm in the process of determining which reference will be my first PP complication. I love the 5131, but it's impossible to get. Im on the waitlist, but have no reasonable expectations that I'll ever get the lucky call. I've seen all the common AC references (5205, 5396, 5160, 5146), and while I like them, there is something about each one of them that doesn't suit me. I've seen pictures of the AC regulator online and it looks so cool. But, it is also near impossible to see in the flesh without placing an order. I've also seen little talk on TRF about it and I've only seen one incoming thread. So, help me understand what I'm missing. I don't want to get all excited about the 5235 only to realize there is something glaringly wrong with it. Any feedback would be helpful from anyone and particularly those that have seen it in the flesh. image.jpg
