- This watch is for the most part, lovely in person. It is a bit more delicate than it appears on the website. The faux diamonds around the dial & on the band look beautiful.

- This watch is so elegant. The picture on the website does it no justice. You can wear it when you are dressed down or dressed up and regardless it's just sits so beautiful on your wrist.

Just curious as to whether anyone has ever had trouble with the magnets in their iPad smart cover magnetizing their mechanical watches. I'm always paranoid about holding my iPad in my left hand when the cover is folded back. I haven had any trouble as of yet, but I value the experience of others in such matters. I saw an interview on YouTube where a journalist asked the president of AP if they were doing a in-house movement for the Royal oak chronograph. He said it's already done we just need to figure out the best way to roll it out. I am wanting to buy a classic 26320st but wondering if I should hold out. I like the same size subdials in the 26320st compared to the 26331. Do you think they will stick with the odd size subdials if they go in-house and two tone dial? Do you think In house will lower the value of the 26320st or will it hold strong? Is no in house movement a deterrent for anyone else when considering the 26320? Although I do like the F piguet movement and appreciate it. Thanks for any chit chat about the issueJosh
So yesterday I visited an AD and tried on a few of my usual suspects. Here's the line-up.....1. DJ jubilee 36mm2. Exp I3. OP4. SubI wore my TT DJ with tapestry dial ref 16233 for wear and appearance comparison. The new SS DJ with jubilee bracelet was beautiful however, it quickly made me realize why would I get another DJ when I already own one and its freakin beautiful and its vintage. The Explorer I, I liked it. I liked the dial, the way it appeared on my wrist. Perfect. A simple yet distinguished statement. The OP, not for me. Again, a toned down DJ. No cyclops, oyster bracelet, what no fluted bezel? nice dial though. But it wasnt calling to me.The Submariner. Oh boy! Looked killer in the light, love the contrast of the black n white dial. And there's a functional bezel? You mean I can take my time keeping to another level and use it as a timer ! And compared to my DJ which exudes classical music and candlelit dinner with my Love. This Sub is my heavy metal thunder !!
