Breitling 769 wrist watches news:
This here is a really cool watch that blends watch making prowess, a jeweler's practicality, and manly looks. Ulysse Nardin never likes 'just' releasing luxury watches. There always needs to be some special twist that makes them special. Your first hint at this fact is in the name of this watch; "Macho." Looking at it, you sort of have to agree. The oval face and aggressive hands are rather macho. There is something defiant in the look of this watch, although you can't seem to place your finger on it. What you are looking at is inflated proportions that create a fantasy like watch that is finely detailed and perfectly practical.Calling it "Macho" is more of a playing naming scheme, and goes along with Ulysse Nardin's character. Other watches they have bear names like "Freak." The next part of the name is Palladium 950, which refers to a special type of Palladium metal used. You'll notice that new metals are used in their pure form in watch and jewelry making. Instead, countless alloys
I am a new watch person, I want to buy my first nice watch (500-600 bucks American for me) and I was sold on the seiko sumo sbdc00X. The only watches I previously had were inexpensive.I want a sturdy automatic diver and / or military look. Someone else suggested the benarus moray which raised my eyebrow a little (it's a 500m diver with a miyota movement) and then I found another boutique company halios, which is coming out with a diver with a 6r15 seiko movement, the "bluering" but probably not until december at the earliest. That's the same movement in the Seiko SBDC00X and should MSRP under $500. Anyone have both a moray and a sumo? Anyone have a halios (any model)? Any thoughts or suggestions? What about just buying from one of these new 'boutique' companies. The way I see it, is that the japanese movements are not easy to service anyway, so who cares if they are a bigger/ more established company? If the new companies use more commonly sold swiss mechanical movements (ETA) or the
No comparison to rolex, the feel the fit, it's perfect. What does everyone think about the size, I feel a bit large..
