IWC IWC 28698 wrist watches news:
And we're back! Yes, after dropping 12 vintage watches last Wednesday (of which 10 have already sold) we've decided to keep the hits coming with 11 new additions to the H Shop. This time we've found a few blue-chips, as always, like the most amazing Red Submariner you will ever see (complete with every accessory you can ever ask for), the insanely rare and highly sought after solid-gold Heuer Carrera from 1960s (find another, we dare you), and more. Have a glance below for some details and check them all out right here in the HODINKEE Shop. 1970s Red Submariner With Full Boxes, Papers, Hang Tags, And More 1 OF 10 For years, the Red Submariner has been atop the kingdom of non-gilt-dial Submariners, and it has always been a fan-favorite among vintage watch lovers for its single line of red text and immensely useful date window. The Red 1680 remains an all-time classic that readers have actually written in to request, and us being us, we've gone ahead
Hey guys !I just got finished putting this one back together the other day. This case is quite the ODDITY, it's a sterling silver Depollier Cushion Trench case with a Khaki Crown!I can only recall seeing two of these cases over the years and neither one had the original Khaki crown. It weighs in at a WHOPPING 18.6 grams without the movement or strap. This is more than DOUBLE the weight of your normal run of the mill sterling silver trench watch case from the Great War era.The case shape is is rather strange as well, it's cushion shaped!Depollier is mostly known for their round wrist watch cases during this era, NOT cushion shaped cases. The lugs are fixed, those are NOT spring bar lugs. The KHAKI REG. USA signed crown is in EXCELLENT condition with hardly any wear. The case back is curved so it better conforms to the wrist, once again, VERY advanced for this era!The case measures 40mm lug tip to lug tip, 31.7mm without the crown with a 20mm lug diameter.Still waiting for the 20mm black &
https://.youtube/watch?v=13rs8gitbfUCheck this video out. Here he says from the laptimer that they will have an integrated mechanism chronograph that will go in the chronographs across the collection in 2 years. Wouldn't that be now? What was he talking about in this video?
Just got one. Love it, size, weight, how it hugs your wrist all around. Very elegant as well.
Is it highly likely that a T series Daytona 16520 with a mark V inverted 6 dial is a redialed piece? Just want to make sure. Thanks.
