The beloved independent brand, NOMOS, has just announced that they will be making an addition to the Lambda collection by including a 39 mm version in three color variations. 1 OF 4 2 OF 4 The NOMOS Lambda, which we reviewed here, was first introduced in 2013 and has since won a number of awards. Originally designed with a 42 mm case, the new 39 mm has the same in-house caliber DUW 1001 NOMOS Glashütte manual-winding movement as its predecessor. The 39 mm case is a welcome addition to the Lambda family and will be appreciated by those who may want something a little smaller than the original case size. The 39 mm is available in three variations: 18k rose gold with "golden" hands, 18k rose gold with blued steel hands, and 18k rose gold with "black velvet" dial and "golden" hands. 3 OF 4 4 OF 4 The retail is €11,800 or approximately $17,000. Each year I head to Hershey PA with my Uncle for a wondrous event called the "Porsche Swap Meet". cpa-pca.org/swap/ Thousands of afficionado's go there to buy used parts from other Club members, and gaze at all the cars, usually over 1000 Porsches in one place, the largest gathering in the US. They have a concours event (cleanest, nicest version of a particular model wins the event) and some people sell other auto related items. What's a good scuba/light underwater exposure watch for under $100? I thought my Citizen was good until I went into the ocean with it and the bezel seized, I'm still confused what "water resistant" means anyway. The Citizen stated 200m. I'm thinking some kind of Invicta or something along those lines.Thanks!
