Please help with this Omega
Good evening gentlemen!!! I need to pick your collective brains. I have several Omegas but no divers. I was looking at an Omega Speedmaster Professional MK II at a store. It looks to be about 35 years old but in nice shape. I assumed it was an automatic, and asked the owner to put it on a winder overnight. When he looked at it today, it wasn't running. He then wound it and it started running. I'm confused. Is it both an automatic and a mechanical chrono???? Is there such a thing???? He's going to have his watch repair man look at it. It has the correct braclet and clasp. Looks to be in real nice shape. It has a box but no papers or booklet. I know him pretty well. He was asking $900.00 for it, but said I can have it for $750.00. If it does turn out to be running OK, is this a pretty good deal????? If it does work out, my next question will be where to find an owners manual for it. Thanks for your assistance.

Sword hands on PO
Has anyone ever changed the arrow hands on the Planet Ocean for 2254-style sword hands? I've seen a PO2500 bezel on a 2254, and that looked awesome. I can't help but think the PO would look great with swords.

Sub Date 2012 serviced or 2014 mint?
Hello.I��m very new here so I apologise in advance for any daft questions I might ask. With that said here��s my first:I��m looking to buy a Submariner Date with the intention of it being the watch that��ll be with me forever.My only wish is that it comes with the glide lock bracelet (everything I��ve read seems to suggest they��re really very nice), so which year doesn��t bother me so much as the condition.I��m looking at a few and have seen one that��s from 2012 but was serviced by Rolex December last year (comes with official service receipt so is guaranteed until dec 2019 I believe),The other/s are 2014/15 and appear to all be in ��mint�� condition.What I would like your advice on is whether you��d go for the recently officially serviced or the newer watch?Also, are the guarantees transferable or only applicable for the person named on the guarantee?Many thanks in advance for any advice, it��d be truly welcomed.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

PM and sizing
When I picked up my Plat Daytona earlier this week AD recommended setting the adjustment in the clasp one notch tighter than my SS Daytona due to the increased weight. SS was very comfortable - this isn't bad but feels different. Is sizing down a good move? Am I just not used to the weight yet? Others with experience - did u size differently with PM vs SS with same watch?
