Christophe Claret Margot: His First Watch For Women That They Will Love/Love Not
The Margot is Christophe Claret's first watch ever intended for women, and we have to admit that it is rather imaginative. The maker of extremely high-end complicated men's watches wanted to create something unique for females, so he made a watch with a poetic complication very similar in theme to what a brand like Van Cleef & Arpels would create. Though I had to say that only an independent watchmaker such as Christophe Claret would have the mind and motivation to take a concept such as this so far. New Aquatimer Chrono: Blue-Orange or Black-Yellow?
Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, so please forgive me if this has been discussed before.I am seriously interested in buying one of the new Aquatimer Chronographs. When you see them in real life they are absolutely gorgeous (they look cheap on the website). The styling, the bracelet and the sapphire cover on the bezel are immaculate.For me, the most difficult part however is to choose the color:While I really like the black dial of the IW376701 model (black-yellow), I'm afraid I'll get tired of the yellow colors after a while. Also, the yellow is a slight bit too flashy for my taste.On the other hand, the IW376703 model (blue-orange) looks better too my taste, but I'm not so sure if it goes well with a suite (I spend quite a bit of time in boardrooms).So please help me out here guys, which one should I buy?On a slightly different note, I've seen a lot of members uploading pictures of the new black-yellow and the white-black AT's. Royal Oak as daily and only watch?
What are you opinions on the Royal Oak for an everyday/only watch? I've heard the bezel is prone to scratches. Do any of you wear your RO everyday or is this a special occasion type watch? I'm thinking about swapping out my sub for a 15450 within the next month or so.

One of my top 5 all time watches is the Omega Speedmaster 376.0822 - Maybe even top 2. One day, one day ...... !!However been tracking an Omega Speedmaster Pro Mark IV 176.009 for sale on another forum. Slightly over priced in my opinion but I think thats reflected in fact its not selling.Swithering whether to dip into my 75/ 80% 1680 fund ........!! A sign of age I'm holding back ..... !! Maybe this one for after the 1680 ..... !!Anyone got a Mark IV 176.009 & some wrist shots to temp me ....... !! Particulary interested on how it sits on the wrist & the height ?
